Blueberry Turnover Gluten Free

I just tried a new recipe from a cookbook called Gluten-Free on a Budget, by Chandice Probst and Tana Besendorfer.
I just love this cookbook. I have tried a few of the recipes in it and they have all been great!
The crust is the best one I have tried in my 10 years of cooking/ baking & eating gluten free. Here is a pic of my Blueberry turnover. Yumm!!
